Nick is a real estate investor, agent, and entrepreneur with more than 100 personal fix-and-flips and 16 years in the business. He co-owns REI Realty at The Experience Northwest, hosts North Idaho's longest-running investor meetup, and co-hosts The Investor Shed Podcast, on the air since 2020. Clients get an operator who has personally bought, renovated, and sold across North Idaho and knows where the real opportunities and risks are.

Meet Jo Turner

Jo is a proud Army veteran who has moved 15 times, so she understands better than most how much is riding on getting a move right. Her own investing runs deep, from flipping properties and running vacation rentals to owning 16 single-family homes and 4 apartments, and she puts that experience to work helping clients maximize their investments. Off the clock she is a busy mom, newly married to her husband Joe (yes, they are Jo squared), and always ready to travel.
